However, in a situation where you may feel in danger, we have a support team that you can contact, and they take care of the rest, or you can contact your close family or friends directly from the app itself and let them know the situation.
For us, you are our valued client; therefore, your safety matters most to us. We have made sure that you are not sent to jobs in areas that may seem unsafe or have a criminal history when you use the app.
Also, after every delivery, ride, or service, we welcome anonymous feedback of your experience as room for improvements, if necessary.
